Black Hills Industrial Center has officially completed the Quest Site Solutions Site Certification Program, further solidifying the development’s position as a premier industrial and commercial growth hub in western South Dakota.

The Black Hills Industrial Center continues to position itself as a leading destination for industrial and commercial growth in western South Dakota.

Over the last year and a half, heavy equipment has transformed the site, moving a whopping 2+ million cubic yards of dirt. The Dream Design team will continue with the design phase, working on utility and road infrastructure.

Each week, there will be a noticeable difference to the landscape. With several spots on site needing 12+ feet of fill or cuts, the leveling of the industrial park will take several months to complete.

The Black Hills Industrial Center will be home to companies in the technology and value-added agriculture industries and will provide more than 2,000 professional, high-paying jobs.
