Black Hills Industrial Center Continues Expansion with New Industrial Lots Available
The Black Hills Industrial Center continues to position itself as a leading destination for industrial and commercial growth in western South Dakota. With Phase One officially completed and Phase Two beginning in summer 2026, the development is creating new opportunities for businesses searching for industrial lots in the Black Hills, commercial development land, and strategic locations for expansion.
